It's important that you maintain good relationships with your customers. These are the people who will pad your wallet or pocketbook, and will cause you to have the business breakthrough that you're looking for. So treat them like royalty.

The more you follow up with your customers, the more they will get in touch with you and will want to hear from you - especially if what you're contacting them for is important.

But it doesn't even have to start with your customers. New prospects should get the same royal treatment also. This is where it all begins - with your leads. The more leads you get, the higher the possibility of them buying from you. With alot of leads in your marketing funnel, you can't go wrong.

Be sure to build valuable relationships with your prospects and customers as much as possible. This can be the difference between mediocre sales, and sales that are off the charts.
